Returns Policy

If your Vietnamese coffee filter set or any other product is damaged in transit please let me know immediately.  Preferably send me an email detailing the damage with a photo of the item.  On confirmation of the damage the item can be returned and a replacement dispatched.

Any accessories that are faulty within 30 days of purchase can be returned for a replacement.  Please do as above in the first instance.

If you believe that the tea or coffee is spoilt in anyway then feel free to return it for inspection and a replacement product.  Please note only a replacement will be sent if the product is deemed to be spoilt in any way.
